It’s been a few months since I’ve photographed a baptism so I was delighted when Jen sent me a text asking if I was available THIS WEEKEND for the baptism of her youngest, Ellie, who is only 5 weeks old. It was a miracle that the godparents, grandparents, priest, and chapel were all available on super short notice.

Fr. Michael, the Shannon Family, and I have all moved to other parishes in the last couple of years. It was fun to be reunited for this sacramental celebration at our old parish home, Saint Brigid in Johns Creek, GA.

PS: I just noticed the Easter Candle is from 2021. Doh!

Can we talk about the joy on Fr. Michael’s face? What a gift it must be to baptize a baby!

We have been including their rosary in all the kids Sacrament photos. Jen carried it at her wedding, too!

These two have five children, hybrid homeschool, and own and operate a pharmacy. Did I mention they’re both the sweetest with the most joyful radiant hearts?

The Shannon’s have five children and I have photographed First Communion portraits for the oldest two girls and baptisms for the youngest three children. It was such an honor to be there to photograph this Baptism even though we have all moved parishes. Like I said, God orchestrated this day.
